What other people say about me

"Along with a personable, fun and friendly character which allows her to create a strong rapport with clients and her team, Jen is meticulous in ensuring that the work that goes out and the work that goes on internally is the best that it can be, given whatever constraints we may have. She encourages all of us to think, to explore, to experiment and to play, with just the right amount of guidance and help – allowing us creative freedom in our approach, choice of tools and methodology. The result has ensured a great dynamic between the team as well as the clients, of which she is continuously challenging to think outside of the box."

"Jen has great chemistry with our key clients — at all levels of the banks hierarchy, products owners, TS, etc. They place great faith in both her opinion and her ability to help them steer their work in the right  direction and over the line. She is constantly asked for her help in matters far out of her job spec and her holistic knowledge and approach to the work and inner workings of both the bank and Sapient mean she can usually provide the right answers."

"She’s always on the lookout for learning and development opportunities for her team and ensuring that regardless of what it is they are doing, they are benefiting or growing in one way or another. She has ensured that I have been pushed and challenged whilst under her ‘wing’ – getting me in front of senior clients, pushing my creative skills, lending an ear when I need a moan…She is the one of few people here that I look up to, continuously learn from and who has helped me grow personally and professionally…"

"Jen is very approachable – if you’re not sure about something, she’s always willing to help and is open and honest which is great."

"Finally I wanna mention a strengths from which most of the people do benefit: redefining ways of working. The ability to put in place an almost startup culture in a company as big as ours, is impressive."
